Junior HR Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Junior HR Analyst to join our global team and support core HR operations. This remote position offers the chance to work with a diverse group of top‑tech talent while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, off‑boarding and maintenance of employee records.
• Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate communication.
• Help maintain HR systems, documentation and data accuracy.
• Contribute to employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
• Assist in organizing training, development and other HR programs.
• Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources, people operations or related administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor practices and the employee lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Willingness to learn and grow within HR.
• Advanced level of English.
