ISO Senior Consultant

About the role

A-LIGN is seeking an ISO Senior Consultant to lead ISO 27001 assessment, certification readiness, and compliance engagements. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality information security consulting services in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and review evidence on‑site for ISO 27001 assessments.
• Prepare draft reports and detailed weekly status updates for management.
• Organize client documentation on A‑LIGN’s drive and maintain lead sheets throughout projects.
• Plan and execute ISO 27001 engagements under management direction.
• Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after on‑site visits.
• Review meeting minutes and prepare appropriate follow‑up materials.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, MIS, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting information system audits or security reviews focused on ISO certifications.
• Current ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (LA) or Lead Implementer (LI) certification.
• Preferred additional certifications: CCSK, CISA, QSA, CISSP, or equivalent.
