Implementation Engineer (AI Platform Integrations)

About the role

Truelogic is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead end‑to‑end technical implementation workstreams for an AI‑powered platform. You will design, configure, and launch integrations with tools used by agencies and enterprise customers, collaborating across product, engineering, and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own implementation projects from scoping and planning through configuration, testing, and go‑live.
• Build and configure integrations with Figma, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, performance dashboards and other customer tools.
• Evaluate integration approaches, data mappings and technical trade‑offs, providing well‑reasoned recommendations.
• Identify and communicate technical risks, blockers, dependencies and trade‑offs.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, technical documentation, training materials and onboarding processes.
• Mentor junior implementation engineers and contribute to AI‑enabled automation, debugging and operational workflows.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering or technical delivery, preferably in SaaS or data‑analytics environments.
• Strong communication skills to present technical work to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Growth mindset with a commitment to continuously improve technical skills.

Required skills

• Experience creating prompts, evaluation frameworks and technical documentation.
