Internal Auditor

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Auditor to join our team at Grupo Dökka. You will be responsible for planning and executing audit projects to verify compliance with company policies, procedures, accounting standards and applicable legislation across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the annual internal audit plan and submit it for review by the General Auditor.
• Conduct detailed field work according to audit programs for scheduled reviews.
• Prepare draft audit reports and communicate findings to management.
• Carry out special reviews and advisory projects to detect fraud or actions contrary to company objectives.
• Participate in risk assessments to identify high‑risk areas.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.
• Apply and supervise occupational safety standards and good storage and distribution practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting and Internal Auditing or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Experience in internal or external audit and accounting processes.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Familiarity with International Auditing Standards.
• Understanding of the COSO framework (desirable).
