Implementation Specialist (PA)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented Implementation Specialist to lead the successful rollout, configuration, and adoption of our products, systems, and processes for clients or internal teams. The role requires strong project coordination, technical aptitude, and clear communication to ensure implementations meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage implementation projects from planning through completion.
• Gather and analyze client or business requirements to define implementation needs.
• Configure systems, platforms, tools, or solutions according to specifications.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, task trackers, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, internal technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Conduct system testing, configuration validation, and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues and technical challenges.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to users during onboarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation, configuration records, and project reports.
• Support user acceptance testing and post‑implementation follow‑up.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist, Implementation Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong project coordination and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Adaptable to fast‑paced environments and proactive in follow‑up.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management, documentation, spreadsheet, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to create implementation plans, reports, and technical/process documentation.
