Implementation Lead, Private Funds

About the role

AgilityFeat is building a near‑shore implementation team for a U.S. fintech client in the private funds sector. As the Implementation Lead you will work remotely from Latin America, collaborating closely with the client’s U.S. implementation team to deliver end‑to‑end fund structure setups.

Key responsibilities

• Own full implementations: configure, test, and validate client fund structures and calculations.
• Act as escalation point for complex financial structures, multi‑entity setups, and non‑standard configurations.
• Drive process improvement by refining implementation workflows as the near‑shore team scales.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates, with potential progression to people‑management roles.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance or accounting operations experience.
• 3+ years in the private funds industry (fund accountant, operations, or implementation specialist).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex data sets with high accuracy.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2+ level) for daily coordination with U.S. teams.
