About the role

As a Housekeeper II at Hilton, you will play a vital part in delivering the exceptional hospitality experience the brand is known for. You will ensure guest rooms are immaculate and welcoming, contributing directly to memorable stays for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest quality standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows or tracks.
• Refresh linens and amenities by removing used items and replacing them with fresh supplies.
• Restock and organize supply carts to enable efficient service throughout the shift.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues in rooms to ensure prompt repairs.
