Hotel Room Attendant – Panama City

About the role

Hilton Garden Inn Panama City is looking for motivated individuals to join the housekeeping team as Hotel Room Attendants. In this role you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable and ready for arrival, contributing to a memorable stay for our diverse guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming and bathroom cleaning.
• Restock room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee supplies and other guest items.
• Inspect rooms for proper functioning of equipment and furniture, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Assist with cleaning of public areas including hallways, lounges and restrooms as needed.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Provide courteous service, responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
• Handle laundry duties – collecting, washing, folding and delivering linens and towels.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring timely replenishment.
