Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Hilton Garden Inn Panama City as a Housekeeper/Room Attendant. You will be responsible for delivering clean, comfortable rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay in a vibrant beachfront location.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bed making, linen changes, dusting, vacuuming and bathroom cleaning.
• Restock room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee supplies and other guest items.
• Inspect rooms for equipment functionality and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist with cleaning hallways, lounges, and restrooms in public areas as needed.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Provide courteous service, responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
• Handle laundry duties, including collection, washing, folding and delivery of linens and towels.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring timely replenishment.
