Healthcare Recruiter – Full‑cycle Hiring for Medical Professionals

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for medical professionals, including Physical Therapists and other licensed providers. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract, assess, and secure top talent for our healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for healthcare and medical positions.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and executive leadership.
• Stay current on healthcare hiring trends and market conditions.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Prepare offers, negotiate compensation, and close candidates.
• Coordinate credentialing for new healthcare providers.
• Maintain an organized recruitment pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting healthcare and medical professionals (e.g., Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses).
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Provider credentialing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare recruitment trends and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management and prioritization abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment with a strong work ethic.
