Grade 3 Teacher – Primary School

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Grade 3 Teacher to join our primary school team. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging lessons that align with our curriculum, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Utilize diverse instructional strategies and integrate technology to accommodate varied learning styles.
• Maintain classroom order, implement behavior management techniques, and address issues promptly.
• Develop, administer, and analyze assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
• Encourage student participation, recognize achievements, and promote a love of learning.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum development and ensure instructional materials are current.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and serve as a mentor and role model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Commitment to professional development and staying current with educational best practices.
• Adherence to school policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework (preferred).
