About the role

The company, a distributor of air‑conditioning and refrigeration products, is seeking a Regional Marketing and Advertising Manager. The role will lead the strategic development and execution of the brand’s marketing vision across multiple countries, driving growth, brand presence and close collaboration with key commercial departments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and implement integrated marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, digital, trade) aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.
• Lead and supervise regional marketing teams, ensuring performance monitoring of managers and specialists in each country.
• Collaborate with sales, product and customer‑service departments to ensure coherent go‑to‑market plans.
• Set measurable goals, track KPIs, analyse results and make data‑driven decisions.
• Plan, allocate and control the marketing budget to maximise ROI.
• Identify growth and expansion opportunities in existing and emerging markets and develop strategic action plans.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of high‑quality content and campaign assets.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing management or regional brand leadership role.
• Proven experience leading multi‑country teams.
• Fluent English is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing or Commercial Management is desirable.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with 360° campaign planning (ATL, BTL, digital, trade).
• Strong knowledge of KPI generation and analysis.
• Budget management and agency/vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, SAP, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
