About the role

We are looking for a talented professional to join our Avisory team at Marsh as a Health and Wellness Consulting Manager based in Panama City. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and focuses on designing and implementing employee wellbeing solutions that drive measurable organizational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end wellness projects, from diagnosis and design through planning, execution, monitoring and closure, ensuring delivery on time, scope and budget.
• Adopt a consultative approach with internal and external clients to identify needs, co‑create solutions and prioritize initiatives.
• Design and optimise employee experience and customer journey using process mapping, surveys, focus groups and pilot tests.
• Analyse health, participation and performance data to generate actionable insights, define KPIs and produce executive reports.
• Develop health promotion, prevention, risk‑management and business‑continuity programs aligned with regulations and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings and cultural‑change sessions to foster adoption and sustainability of programmes.
• Manage multidisciplinary stakeholders (HR, safety, talent, finance, vendors) and ensure effective communication.
• Evaluate impact and ROI of initiatives, preparing evidence‑based recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, or a related economic‑administrative field.
• 2‑3 years of consulting experience in wellness, occupational health, HR or related projects.
• Proven B2B commercial approach with client portfolio management.
• Advanced analytical thinking with basic statistical analysis and reporting skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory).
