About the role

Adar Designs, a short‑form video production agency, is looking for a proactive Lead Generator to support its sales strategy. You will research potential clients, verify contact information and build organized prospect databases that the commercial team will use to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients that match the company’s criteria.
• Locate and verify email addresses for each prospect.
• Research prospects using various digital platforms and tools.
• Create and maintain clean, duplicate‑free databases of leads.
• Ensure data quality and meet daily lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Reside in Panama City and be able to work onsite at Calle 50.
• Intermediate English to communicate with international clients.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to work under daily targets.
• No prior sales or lead‑generation experience required – training will be provided.
