Coordinador de Contratistas

About the role

The Contractor Coordinator ensures that the assigned contractor meets the agreed RGU, productivity, and staffing targets. Acting as the company’s control point over outsourced operations in a specific zone, the role drives performance through the contractor’s supervisory structure while safeguarding sales quality and reducing turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage achievement of RGU and per‑head productivity goals for the contractor in the assigned area.
• Ensure staffing levels match requirements based on Home Pass availability and travel times.
• Monitor and reduce turnover of contractor agents and supervisors.
• Validate sales quality, early customer retention, and fraud prevention.
• Guarantee territorial coverage: assigned routes, worked Home Passes, and field discipline.
• Establish and maintain a performance‑management routine (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Serve as liaison between the contractor and internal departments (commercial, quality, systems).
• Report zone performance to the National Contractor Manager with evidence and action plans.

Required profile

• University degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in field commercial management or in‑person channel management.
• Preferably experienced in managing outsourced sales forces or third‑party contractors.

Required skills

• Performance management and commercial KPI tracking.
• Data analysis using Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of Panamanian territory and travel‑time considerations.
