Financing Executive (David, Chiriquí)

About the role

The Financing Executive will support Inchcape Americas in delivering automotive financing solutions to customers in David, Chiriquí. Working in a hybrid environment, you will act as a liaison between clients, banks, and internal sales teams to ensure timely loan placement and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial procedures and evaluate their debt levels through detailed credit analysis.
• Generate and review credit references using the APC (Asociación Panameña de Crédito) platform.
• Present loan approvals, conditions, and follow up on banking processes until loan issuance.
• Maintain daily tracking of invoicing versus reservations and monitor credit workflow statistics.
• Support sales executives throughout the financing process and refer clients to insurance brokers when needed.
• Administer retention campaigns and contact customers for vehicle change opportunities.

Required profile

• Studies in banking, finance, accounting, business administration or related fields (students accepted).
• Minimum two years of experience in accounting, finance, or related business areas.
• Proficiency with computers, photocopiers, and scanners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience using the APC credit platform.
