Financial Business Analyst Jr.

About the role

The Financial Business Analyst Jr. will support the execution of strategic recommendations for a leading financial services client. Working onsite for a one‑year fixed‑term contract, the analyst will collaborate with client teams and Visa stakeholders to improve operational performance across risk, operations, and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of project roadmaps, track milestones, and coordinate across stakeholders to resolve blockers.
• Monitor performance KPIs such as authorization rates, conversion, fraud, usage, and NPS; identify gaps and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Analyze transactional and operational data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Participate in governance forums, prepare status reports, and ensure transparent risk escalation.
• Build strong relationships with client teams, support training and documentation, and embed solutions into business‑as‑usual processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial sector (banks, fintech, Mastercard/Visa, etc.).
• Bilingual proficiency in English.
