Key responsibilities

• Manage client communications, payment follow‑ups and relationship strengthening as a Collections Manager.
• Advise customers and promote financial products as a Relationship Officer, including bilingual support in English and Spanish.
• Review, validate and track documentation for efficient processing as a Transaction Assistant.
• Organize, register and control critical business documents as a Documentation Control Assistant.
• Support internal operational processes as an Operations Assistant.
• Design, develop and improve digital solutions as a Software Developer.

Required profile

• Active university student, recent graduate or professional in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail, organization and responsibility.
• Intermediate or advanced English for bilingual positions.
• Basic programming or software development knowledge for technical roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
