Executive Recruiter

About the role

Circle Logistics is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition across all levels of the organization. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging and hiring top‑tier candidates while building a strong pipeline for future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for executive, associate and entry‑level positions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to proactively identify and engage top talent.
• Create compelling job postings and marketing content to attract candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruiting plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably for executive and associate roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Experience with freight brokerage or logistics hiring is a plus but not mandatory.
