About the role

Spot On is looking for a senior People & Culture professional to lead the full lifecycle of its talent management. The role combines strategic thinking, initiative and leadership to shape culture, improve employee experience and support the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture and values.
• Lead strategies to improve workplace climate, engagement and employee satisfaction.
• Develop listening mechanisms, identify conflicts or opportunities, and propose solutions.
• Promote a culture of communication, collaboration, accountability and feedback.
• Design and improve onboarding, re‑onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Create and coordinate training and professional development plans.
• Participate in defining career, growth and succession plans.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, define profiles with hiring managers and build talent pipelines.
• Create, document and continuously improve HR policies, processes and internal procedures.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, vacation, absence and other administrative HR tasks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and translate them into concrete actions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong judgment, initiative and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to understand organizational needs, identify improvement opportunities and implement impactful solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience guiding managers and leaders in people‑related decisions.
