ERP Sales Executive (Odoo)

About the role

M7 FuturERP is seeking a driven ERP Sales Executive to expand its Odoo client base across the USA and Canada. The role is based on‑site in Panama City and involves handling leads from the Odoo website, conducting discovery calls, and guiding prospects to signed implementation proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call and follow up on inbound leads generated through the Odoo website.
• Qualify prospects, understand their current software, business needs and pain points.
• Book and support Odoo demos together with the implementation team.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals using Odoo CRM.
• Maintain pipeline activity and achieve monthly targets for meetings booked and deals closed.

Required profile

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proven B2B sales experience, including cold calling or inside sales.
• Strong phone confidence with business owners and decision makers.
• Excellent organization and follow‑up discipline.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software (preferably Odoo CRM).
• Knowledge of Odoo or other ERP solutions is a plus.
