Enterprise Creative Technologist - Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Technologist who will operate at the intersection of creative strategy, brand execution, and emerging AI technology. This hands‑on, enterprise‑level position works directly with senior stakeholders in an embedded lab environment alongside creative, brand, studio, and vendor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate creative and business requests into scoped, testable Generative AI (GenAI) workflow builds with clear success criteria.
• Design, configure, test, and maintain GenAI workflows, agents, and automation pipelines for assigned categories and use cases.
• Set up prompts, model parameters, workflow logic, and agent behaviors across multiple GenAI models.
• Create node‑based visual workflows using logic builders and document configurations, testing results, and learnings.
• Contribute to shared playbooks, documentation, and knowledge transfer across creative technology teams.
• Plan and execute structured testing against defined KPIs, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
• Develop and maintain design‑system components, templates, and modular creative assets within GenAI workflows.
• Implement quality‑control, validation, and scoring mechanisms for generated content.
