Ejecutivo de Ventas Externas – Materiales y Acabados de Construcción

About the role

The External Sales Executive will develop and manage commercial opportunities for construction, remodeling and design projects. The role involves providing specialized advice on building materials, finishes, kitchens and related products from prospect identification through to closing the sale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales of construction materials, finishes, kitchens and related products.
• Prospect and sell in the field, identifying new projects and commercial opportunities.
• Follow up with clients and projects from first contact to closing.
• Advise customers on available solutions and product options.
• Interpret blueprints to identify requirements and sales opportunities.
• Prepare and track quotations and commercial proposals.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders and other project stakeholders.
• Achieve commercial targets and monitor ongoing opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project sales.
• Background in marketing or selling construction materials, finishes, cladding, kitchens or related products.
• Experience as a field salesperson or external sales representative.
• Knowledge of the construction market and projects in Panama.
• Ability to build a client portfolio and generate new opportunities.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
