About the role
We are looking for an Executive to provide immediate assistance to customers interested in purchasing auto insurance. The role involves quoting policies, handling documentation, and guiding clients through the issuance process.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding auto insurance purchases.
- Prepare quotes, manage required documents and applications.
- Complete the policy issuance process, including first‑payment collection.
- Send policy documents to clients and coordinate courier services.
- Forward client files to the insurance company as needed.
Required profile
- Technical or university education.
- Minimum one year of experience in automobile insurance.
- Result‑oriented, team‑player with strong customer‑service focus.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Organised, flexible, responsible and self‑sufficient.
- Basic knowledge of English (optional).
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
