About the role

The Commercial Project Executive will drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for construction, remodeling, and design projects. This role involves providing expert advice on materials, finishes, kitchens, and related products throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales of construction materials, finishes, kitchens, and related products.
• Prospect new projects and conduct field sales to uncover commercial opportunities.
• Manage client relationships from initial contact through to deal closure.
• Advise customers on product solutions and available options.
• Interpret architectural plans to pinpoint requirements and sales prospects.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
• Maintain strong networks with architects, designers, builders, and other project stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor ongoing opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project‑based sales.
• Background in marketing construction materials, finishes, kitchens, or similar products.
• Experience in field or external sales.
• Good knowledge of the construction market and projects in Panama.
• Ability to build a client portfolio and generate new business.
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Result‑oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
