About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join BairesDev’s fully remote team. You will create intuitive and attractive digital experiences for web and mobile applications, aligning user needs with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain design systems and style guides.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles.
• Experience with responsive and mobile‑first design.
• Advanced English communication skills.
