Graphic Design Brand Intern

About the role

Harpy Strategy is seeking a creative and curious Graphic Design Brand Intern to help shape its visual identity. This remote, three‑month internship offers the chance to own meaningful projects, collaborate directly with the founder, and contribute to a growing international communications firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand Harpy’s brand system, including a comprehensive Brand Book.
• Define brand guidelines for logo usage, typography, colors, imagery, icons, patterns, and accessibility.
• Create reusable templates for social media, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Design new branded assets, graphic elements, layouts, and creative applications.
• Support various creative projects such as digital content and marketing collateral.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills, visual creativity, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of accessible and inclusive design practices.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage deadlines independently.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Professional design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Figma.
• Canva.
