Digital Marketing Specialist – Drive Online Growth

About the role

ViaPay is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow its online presence across email, social media, content, and paid campaigns. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution to ensure consistent brand visibility, audience engagement, and conversion across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other strategic platforms.
• Own the email marketing calendar, newsletters, lead‑nurture flows, campaign emails, and automated sequences.
• Execute CRM‑based campaigns for lead generation and customer‑lifecycle marketing.
• Coordinate content publishing on websites, blogs, landing pages, and campaign pages.
• Support paid media campaign execution across digital channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns.
• Maintain content calendars aligned with go‑to‑market priorities.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure campaign readiness.
• Track and report on digital performance, engagement, and conversion.
• Ensure strong brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage email marketing, CRM, and social media operations.
• Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign management, lead generation, and paid‑media coordination.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
