Desarrollador Sr. Backend

About the role

The company is looking for a Senior Backend Developer to design, build and maintain scalable cloud‑native services and APIs that support critical financial operations. You will work within modern micro‑service architectures, ensuring high performance, security and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy micro‑services on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs, integrating with internal and third‑party systems.
• Participate daily in Agile Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Implement secure development practices, conduct code reviews and address vulnerabilities.
• Optimize code for efficiency, conduct stress and integration testing, and ensure high availability.
• Develop data storage solutions and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
• Support observability, monitoring and logging to guarantee service quality.

Required profile

• Strong experience with full‑cycle development of digital financial products.
• Hands‑on expertise in cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and container orchestration.
• Proven ability to work in Agile teams and deliver robust, secure backend solutions.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and continuous deployment pipelines.

• Java 17+, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST APIs, Microservices.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL, DB2, SAP ASE, Cosmos DB, MongoDB.
• Version control: Git.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (AKS, EKS).
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform.
• Cloud services: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), Azure DevOps.
• Additional languages/frameworks: Go, Quarkus.NET, C#, JavaScript, VenusJS.
• Operating systems: Linux, AIX, UNIX.
• Testing tools: Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, Webload.
