Dental Account Manager – Central America

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to lead the sales of our dental digital workflow solutions across Central America. You will work closely with distributors, attend dental trade shows, and support dental offices in adopting our scanning and 3‑D printing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for dental digital products in Central America, achieving assigned sales targets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with distributors to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
• Gain in‑depth knowledge of product features and operations to represent and support the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to shape sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and development of key opinion leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and action‑oriented with strong market development and account management abilities.
• Goal‑focused with a high achievement orientation and strong customer service mindset.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry is strongly preferred.
