Data Analyst (Power BI)

About the role

Join the Tools and Outdoor team at Stanley Black & Decker as a Commercial Data Analyst. You will work in a hybrid setting in Panama, turning raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Generate standard or customized reports that summarize business, financial, or economic data for executives, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Centralize, clean, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Analyze business indicators and provide insights to drive performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team on the Joint Business Plan for key clients.
• Build interactive dashboards and automate reporting processes using Power BI.
• Gather business intelligence from industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.

Required profile

• Professional background in engineering, administration, finance, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis and Power BI.
• Experience with data analytics or data science concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of computer systems and intermediate‑advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and good communication skills.
