Customer Service Representative – Solar Industry (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a leading solar panel company. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality service to customers, dealers, and internal teams while handling service requests and basic technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information for service‑related requests and generate work order estimates.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues in solar installations.
• Communicate with customers, dealers, sales managers, support specialists, manufacturers, accounting and operations teams.
• Document service issues and resolutions accurately.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings and escalate complex cases.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professional phone etiquette.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail when recording project data.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and thrive in a team.
• Available to work 11 am – 7 pm CST, Monday‑Friday.
