Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist acts as Red Bull's logistics point of contact for customers across Central America, the Caribbean and the Andean region. You will manage the end‑to‑end Order to Cash process for cans and VISIT items, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance and seamless delivery from third‑party logistics providers to the end customer.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete order process in SAP for finished goods and VISIT items, including creation, tracking and invoicing.
• Monitor delivery performance, resolve logistical and operational issues, and coordinate with third‑party logistics partners.
• Maintain and update customer master data and ensure compliance with corporate governance and food‑safety regulations.
• Set up and optimise procedures for orders, credit notes and penalties, driving standardisation and automation.
• Provide accurate information to internal and external customers, acting as the first point of contact for order‑to‑delivery queries.
• Support quality management, ensuring temperature, humidity and other standards are met for all products.
• Prepare legalised order documentation, letters of credit and export paperwork, and assist with audit reporting.
• Maintain system and database integrity, produce standard reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of supply‑chain and order‑to‑cash processes.
• Experience working with customers and third‑party logistics in a multi‑country environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with food‑safety and consumer‑protection regulations.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
