About the role
Join Alorica’s #CoolCenter as an English‑speaking Customer Service Agent, providing friendly and efficient assistance to travelers. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional experiences through voice and digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic support to users regarding flight reservations.
- Use internal tools and follow established procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated on policy and process changes.
- Request additional information when needed and offer clear solutions to ensure users feel supported and valued.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency.
- High school diploma (verifiable).
- Full‑time availability.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to complete documentation accurately.
