Curador/a de Experiencia en Tienda (Store Stylist)

About the role

Homecenter Panamá is expanding its retail and digital presence and seeks a creative professional to curate the visual experience of its products and collections across stores and online. The Store Stylist will shape how each item is presented, narrated and sold, turning spaces into inspiring environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refresh weekly in‑store environments (living rooms, dining areas, HomeSleep, HomeRugs, HomeOffice, etc.).
• Produce user‑generated content and product media, including design tips, “how‑to combine” videos, and collection showcases.
• Develop PDFs, product sheets and train sales teams on new assortments.
• Collaborate with the web team to curate online product presentation.
• Identify low‑rotation items and redesign their visual appeal to boost sales.
• Drive growth of emerging categories such as HomeSleep, HomeRugs, HomeOffice and HomeOutdoor.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic sense, preferably with background in interior design, fashion, styling or photography.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating simple in‑store video content.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to produce content quickly.
• Self‑driven decision‑making for visual curation without constant approvals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for visual creation.
• Basic photo and video editing using tools such as Adobe Lightroom, CapCut or similar.
