Cost Control and Budget Manager

About the role

The Cost Control and Budget Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate planning, monitoring, and control of project schedules and associated costs. The role guarantees that deadlines, budgets, and operational efficiency are met throughout the execution of civil engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the physical and financial progress of construction works.
• Produce periodic consolidated reports on cost control, financial forecasts, and budget variances.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to maintain budget coherence and strategic alignment.
• Develop and update project progress schedules, integrating both physical and financial data.
• Reconcile cost report balances with accounting records and present updated cash flow statements.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in cost programming, control, and planning for projects, preferably in construction.
• Availability to travel as needed.
