Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees, ensuring smooth journeys across multiple time zones and regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services in line with budget requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa and travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, potentially collaborating with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document and continuously improve travel‑related processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good command of English.
