About the role

The Panamanian Football Federation (FPF) is seeking a professional to drive commercial growth for clubs in the Panamanian Football League. The role focuses on creating sponsorship opportunities, aligning brand needs with football’s commercial potential, and supporting clubs throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop sponsorship and new business opportunities for affiliated clubs.
• Prospect and engage with brands and potential sponsors.
• Design commercial proposals that meet brand objectives.
• Assist clubs in creating and enhancing commercial assets.
• Coordinate selection, presentation, and negotiation processes between clubs and brands.
• Monitor execution of sponsorship benefits and activations.
• Measure alliance results and pinpoint renewal or growth opportunities.
• Promote best practices and new initiatives to strengthen clubs’ commercial management.
• Participate in future consulting projects related to marketing, ticketing, fan engagement, CRM, licensing, and digital transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial, marketing, sponsorship, business development or account management.
• Preferable experience in sports, marketing agencies, sponsorship or entertainment.
• Additional studies in Sports Marketing, Sports Management or Business are a plus.
• Strong negotiation, business development and project management abilities.
• Result‑oriented with the capacity to work cross‑functionally.
• Proactive, commercially visionary and skilled at building trusted relationships.
