Consultor Técnico - Pet Health - CASA

About the role

Elanco is seeking a Technical Consultant for its Pet Health business in the CASA segment. The role will translate scientific knowledge, customer insights and market evidence into sustainable commercial opportunities, acting as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, Regulatory and Market Intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical‑commercial strategy for the PET business, using scientific evidence, client insights and market analysis to guide Marketing and Sales priorities.
• Drive product launches, demand generation, field trials, local evidence generation, educational programs and technical content for veterinarians and customers.
• Strengthen the commercial team’s capabilities through field support, technical coaching, objection handling and development of high‑impact tools.
• Build long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders, consultants, universities, associations and other stakeholders, participating in regional and global forums.
• Ensure technical quality and compliance of promotional materials and scientific activities while managing operational resources (OPEX) with focus on return and impact.

Required profile

• University degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agronomy or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical, commercial or marketing roles within the animal health, animal nutrition or companion animal industry.
• Proven experience interacting with veterinary professionals and specialized stakeholders in the companion‑animal sector.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) and a valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel up to 80 % of the time.
