About the role

PWC is looking for a recent graduate to join its advisory team in Panama City as a Systems Specialist Consultant. The role supports technology risk, cybersecurity and internal control projects for clients across various industries, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in risk and control assessments of technology, information systems and cybersecurity.
• Document findings, analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the development of risk‑management recommendations and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and client teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain high‑quality work that adds value to clients and the firm.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to take ownership of personal development.
• Ability to understand business operations and commercial awareness.
• Good communication skills, active listening and clear expression of ideas.
• Commitment to professional standards, firm code of conduct and independence requirements.
