Community Manager & Multimedia Content Creator

About the role

Compulab is looking for a 360° Community Manager who can blend storytelling, video production, graphic design, and paid media to boost the brand’s digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and strategic, with a passion for visual communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, write, and publish tailored content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, and other channels.
• Cover corporate events, capture product photography, and produce, edit, and post‑produce professional videos (reels, shorts, informational, corporate, and promotional).
• Create multichannel graphic assets, infographics, and banners that align with Compulab’s visual identity.
• Design, segment, optimize, and analyze paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Update website content, images, and posts using WordPress or a similar CMS.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to inquiries, manage online reputation, and generate monthly KPI and ROI reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technical study in Digital Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields.
• 2‑3 years of full‑cycle social media management for B2B or technology companies.
• Excellent copywriting, spelling, and audiovisual aesthetic sense.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• CapCut and Canva Pro.
• Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads/YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads.
• WordPress or other CMS administration.
