Commercial Manager – Fintech & Financial Infrastructure

About the role

Unblock is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead B2B business development and drive the commercial expansion of its financial infrastructure solutions. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with fintech founders, CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives to identify and shape financial infrastructure opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a B2B commercial strategy, targeting new markets and segments.
• Identify, prospect, and manage a pipeline of strategic fintech clients.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation and close.
• Develop commercial proposals, pricing structures, and negotiate terms.
• Forge partnerships with banks, PSPs, and technology providers.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, legal, finance, product, and operations teams to tailor solutions.
• Analyse market trends, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and present forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services, or related technology sectors.
• Strong network within the fintech ecosystem and ability to engage C‑level executives.
• Demonstrated capability to understand complex financial and technological business models.
• Experience structuring commercial opportunities and translating client needs into solutions.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of payments, payment processing, and financial infrastructure concepts.
