About the role

Platinum Brands is looking for a dedicated cook to join its KFC restaurant team in Panama. The successful candidate will play a vital part in daily operations, ensuring that menu items are prepared and cooked to the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu products following established procedures, recipes, and portion guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions.
• Perform marinating and breading tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, including equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and all other role‑specific regulations.

Required profile

• Complete high school education.
• Valid white and green health card.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation is desirable but not mandatory.
