Chofer de Bodega – Conducción y Manipulación de Mercancía

About the role

The company is looking for a reliable driver who will also support daily warehouse operations. The role involves safely transporting goods, loading and unloading merchandise, and assisting with inventory and order preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle responsibly and follow assigned delivery routes.
• Load and unload merchandise from the vehicle.
• Assist with daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Prepare and organize orders for delivery.
• Support inventory counts and physical stock checks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Verify that loaded goods match invoices or dispatch orders and report any discrepancies.
• Keep the vehicle clean and perform basic condition checks.
• Provide courteous service to customers during deliveries.
• Follow company safety regulations and perform other operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for cargo vehicles in Panama.
• Proven experience as a bus or cargo vehicle driver with a good traffic record.
• Familiarity with main roads and routes in Panama City and surrounding areas.
• Responsibility, punctuality and professional appearance.
• Physical fitness to drive for several hours and handle loading tasks.
• Availability for rotating shifts if required.
• Work references and up‑to‑date personal and labor documentation.
• Preferable experience in warehouse, dispatch or cargo handling.
