About the role
ALAS Flight Academy is looking for a Chief Instructor Pilot to lead the training of future commercial pilots, ensuring high standards of instruction and safety.
Required profile
- Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Current Flight Instructor License with Instrument and Multi‑Engine ratings
- Minimum 2,000 hours as pilot in command
- Flight instruction experience: 3 years and 1,000 hours, or 1,500 hours if less than 3 years
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher
- Meets recent flight experience requirements and passes CAA Panama assessments
