About the role
The Chinese Teacher will plan and deliver Mandarin language lessons to learners in Panama City. This full‑time, on‑site position requires creating an engaging classroom environment and supporting student progress.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute lesson plans using appropriate teaching methods and materials.
- Conduct classes, assess student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt instruction to various proficiency levels and collaborate on educational initiatives.
Required profile
- Native or near‑native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Spanish for classroom interaction.
- Reliability, cultural sensitivity, and a student‑centered approach.
Required skills
- Lesson planning and curriculum design.
- Use of modern teaching tools and basic classroom technology.
