About the role

Join EF Explore America as a Bilingual Traveller Support Specialist, providing phone, chat and email assistance to parents and students throughout the tour planning journey. You will work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for families sending middle‑ and high‑school students on educational tours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone, online chat and email communications in both English and Spanish.
• Collaborate across time zones with sales and operations to anticipate and resolve customer issues quickly.
• Develop and implement personal and regional sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Maintain high‑quality customer service standards daily.
• Handle multiple high‑priority tasks and resolve them efficiently.
• Take on new projects enthusiastically as they arise.
• Perform day‑to‑day account maintenance with regional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Execute all duties fluently in both English and Spanish.
