Bilingual Traveller Support Specialist

About the role

As a Bilingual Traveller Support Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for parents and students navigating EF Explore America tours. Working from Panama City, you will guide families through every stage of the travel experience, from enrollment to departure and throughout the tour.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone, online chat, and email inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams across time zones to anticipate and resolve customer issues.
• Develop and execute personal and regional sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service and maintain detailed account records.
• Prioritize and manage multiple high‑priority tasks daily.
• Take on new projects and initiatives as needed.
• Work closely with regional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
