Bilingual Property Manager – Mandarin/Vietnamese (Remote)

About the role

CS Outsource is seeking Mandarin‑ and Vietnamese‑speaking Virtual Assistants to support its property management operations. This remote position involves daily interaction with residents, vendors and the internal team to ensure smooth property administration.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with residents/tenants in Mandarin or Vietnamese and English.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Follow up on maintenance requests, work orders and resident inquiries.
• Update and maintain accurate property and resident records in Buildium.
• Perform administrative and data‑entry tasks, tracking documentation and outstanding requests.
• Support the property management team with day‑to‑day operational needs.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in property management, real estate or a related administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
