About the role

The General Production Assistant supports the Plant Manager in ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, on schedule, and meet quality standards. This hands‑on role involves preparing raw materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting with packaging and shipment tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that machinery and installations are in proper operating condition.
• Inspect raw material before the start of each production run.
• Assemble molds and cut raw material for special orders.
• Organize and keep tools and work equipment in good condition.
• Carry out production tasks assigned by the Plant Manager according to the production plan.
• Ensure compliance with process, quality and safety standards.
• Wear the required uniform and personal protective equipment correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery as directed.
• Assist with product packaging, preparation of shipments and other physically demanding activities.

Required profile

• Agile, responsible and proactive individual.
• Capable of performing physical work in a production environment.
• Strong orientation to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Available to work established shifts and support various operational tasks.
